The Service Provider ensures that all ads are filtered to be appropriate for children and that no behavioral advertising or re-marketing is conducted based on a child's usage of the Application. On iOS, the Application displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt in accordance with Apple's requirements; users may choose to allow or deny tracking at any time through iOS Settings. Regardless of the user's choice, ads shown within the Application remain non-personalized and family-friendly.
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or the State of California, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) Consent Form to obtain consent regarding data processing for advertising purposes, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
